1 - Ski on 450 kilometers of slopes

Connected to the Évasion Mont-Blanc area and the Portes du Mont-Blanc, Combloux offers more than 450 km of downhill ski slopes . However, it remains a family ski area surrounded by fir trees and mountain pastures. Combloux is a delicate, discreet, natural resort, ideal for learning to ski. But experienced skiers can enjoy all the prestigious slopes. Combloux also has a toboggan area for 2-6 year olds, disabled skiing, nature ski areas, the Ours des Prés fun area and even boarder-cross.

2 - Swimming in the biotope lake

The Combloux biotope lake is one of the most beautiful in France, with eternal snow as a backdrop. It is the only biotope lake in France open for swimming . From late June to early September, you can enjoy clear, pure water, naturally filtered by more than 10,000 aquatic plants.

The water temperature ranges from 19 to 26°C thanks to the tarpaulin stretched across the bottom of the pool. Bordered by a solarium and a pretty beach, it's a very pleasant place. Chalets on stilts invite you to relax with saunas, hammams, jacuzzis, massages, and more.

Reservations are recommended, as the number of daily entries is limited to 500.

3 - The Baroque Trail

The Baroque trail takes you from Combloux to Les Contamines-Montjoie to discover ten remarkable churches and chapels, as well as numerous oratories. They are typically representative of the Baroque art of Haute-Savoie.

Enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride to the rhythm of bells to discover the village. This tour will take you along the paths, in summer and winter, to pass through hamlets and farms. It's an opportunity to taste cheeses, charcuterie, and try rissoles or bugnes.

Walkers can set off on the paths to discover the heritage of Combloran, its hamlets, its ovens, chapels, sawmill... It is a 5 km walk with a guide who will share many secrets with you.

7 - Hit the slopes on a mountain bike

In summer, you can enjoy mountain biking on the 90 kilometers of marked trails, in the heart of the Le Diamant Vert area, facing the Mont-Blanc range.

From the Jaillet or Rochebrune cable car , access to the slopes is open from July to September for all levels. There is also the Pump Track , a unique spot with a view of Mont Blanc. The 210-meter slope is ideal for having fun.

For the youngest, there is Louparc, a leisure area for children from one year old with a pump track, a city stadium, a skatepark and a multi-activity play area.

8 - Visit to the GAEC Les Montagnards farm

For anyone who loves animals and/or cheese, a visit to the GAEC Les Montagnards farm is a must-see during a stay in Combloux. Immerse yourself in the farm's agricultural life and discover its 65 dairy cows, 40 pigs, and rabbits, as well as the milking parlor and hay shed.

It's a great way to learn more about daily life on the farm. And then there's the tasting of the cheese made on site: Reblochon.
